How can I pull the email addresses of all contacts within a segment via API?

I have experimented with the Eloqua APIs to pull various data from our Eloqua instance. However, I can't find an obvious way to pull all contacts from a segment. The documentation I looked at can pull details of a segment but not the contacts within the segment. Does anyone have an idea on how to do this?
