How to a add a description when assigning role to users on the Security Console?

Summary: Description Field in User Role Assignment (Security Console)

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): In EBS when we assign any responsibility to a user, we entered ServiceNow request number in the Description Field.
This is used for Auditing Purposes (refer to screenshot below)

We want the same functionality in Fusion ERP, so that when we assign/revoke a Role to/from a User in the Security Console we can back trace it with a ServiceNow request.

The workaround described below will not work for our organization. Firstly, this workaround assumes that the user account to have a person record. We have purpose-built privileged accounts for integration, 3rd party system adapters, data migration, etc. which do not have any associated person records. Secondly, user maintenance and HCM employee records are two segregated tasks. For security reasons, employee records should not be accessible to support staff maintaining user records
