Adding Participant Analyst to Paysheet Approval

Summary:

In FIC, by default the paysheet approval hierarchy is considered for anyone with Compensation Manager Flag above the Analyst Node in the hierarchy.

Our customer ask - a generic user will submit the paysheet for approval and the first layer of approval has to come from the participant analyst.

Why? : Customer has a global user who runs calculations for all participants and each region has its own approval hierarchy. We have assigned the first level approving authority of each region as Participant analyst to segregate participants per region.

What we need?: We need to add the participant analyst to the approval hierarchy in BPM workflow.
