Hi community,

I have a problem in implementing compensation plan. In particular I set 4 compensation components, 2 related to one budget pool and the other 2 pools related to another budget pool.

I would like the values in the Incremento Superminimo column to erode the budget associated with the RAL component (circled in red in the screenshot), instead I do not understand how the budget associated with the RAL component is eroded.

Can you please explain me how I can understand which column erode the budget associated to the different components?
