How to achieve both updated and unchanged values using an atom feed?

We have a requirement to send Changes from Oracle cloud to target system at real time. We are planning to use ATOM feeds in OIC to extract data and ping target system,
Along with changed attributes we have to send other columns as all the fields are mandatory for target system
Eg: Lets say output file format Firstname,LastName,MiddleName,PreferedName,Addressline1,AddressLine2
If only AddressLine2 is modified we still want FirstName, LastName, MiddleName, PreferedName and AddressLine1 to be populated. Is there a way to get these fields also in the ATOM feed call along with AddressLine2?
