Expired learning not showing in my spotlight

We havnet migrated to REDWOOD learning yet due to a number of issues we cannot resolve.

Currently we have users who have got outstanding learning

however against their spotlight this isn't showing

any reason why this would be?

does spotlight only pull in info from Redwood Learning?
