Redwood - Add Absence and Absence Balance

Sharing approach around our intended use of Redwood screens for Add Absence and Balance Plan. If anyone had any other suggestions, or wanted to share how they are using the screens, grateful to hear from you!

1. Me > Time and Absences > Add Absence screen: as Projected Balance will not calculate correctly for our staff on Part Time hours, we will be looking to hide the Projected Balance section. We will be directing users toward the Absence Balance screen, with Oracle Guided Learning.
2. Me > Time and Absences > Absence Balance screen: we will be looking to hide the 'As of Today' and 'Calculation Date'.
