Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have an issue in an environment that was cloned from another environment.
We don't have this issue on any other environment.
We have a chart of accounts structure with 7 segments.
We have enabled segment value security rule on segment 2, 4 and 5.

When we try to do a transaction (e.g.: a GL journal), the application is not displaying any segment values for segment 4 and 5. The segment value inquiry on the journal line don't bring up any values.
Also, when we try to search for an account code combination, and when we do Advance and add the relevant segments, the search is not displaying any segment values for segment 4 and 5. But if we do a blind search, then the application displays all the combinations, including segment 4 and 5 values.
