Enduser Supplier Update request ability

Ability for requisitioners and requesters to enter a request to update supplier details through the Self Service area.

Our end users are asking if it is possible to enter a request to update supplier information through Oracle.

Currently the Purchase Requisitions page only has "Request New Supplier" as an option under More Tasks, so they can only request new suppliers.

The only way they can do it now is through email and an external request form.

We are looking at a link to a page that would send an email or notification with the details of the request.
