How to get the Evaluation List of Values to Populate

I have a Learn administrator who told me after moving to the new Redwood UI and activity sequencing for the administration area of learn, within offerings when they go to add an evaluation they can't find any of their created evals. When I go to that same offering I can see the evaluation list and can select the evaluation they are looking for. When I remote into their account the selection just says "No suggestions to display". I have the broadest learning admin role, the employee has a lesser version but I can't find anything in roles or privileges or
