Allocate Payroll in Payroll Relationships based on the LE

Summary:

We're looking to default payroll in Payroll Relationships. The logic is based on the LDG then populate the Payroll field in an specific value. I mean, when the user click "Add Payroll" IF the LDG = 'US' THEN Populate the value with '****'.
