Use a variable to set the Form Editor 'Name' label instead of a fixed value

We are using a single form for three different meter registers: Electric, Water Gallon, and Water Cubic Feet, as they all contain similar information. This approach makes the form more "global," simplifying maintenance. All registers will output to the same field. Currently, because the Name field is a hardcoded text, we have created three elements for the same activity field and are hiding them based on the Unit of Measure and Service Quantity values.
