Can we push Eloqua campaigns to external system by consuming external API's?

Hi Team,

I am trying to push Eloqua campaign to a few set of customer mobile apps. But I want to know if there is any option to call external API and push Eloqua campaign data to an external system?

If yes, can you provide any documentations as such?
