HRC_SESSION_UTIL.GET_USER_PERSONID returns not value from the value set in the absence validation FF

Dear Team,

we have a case to allow the HR admin to bypass the absence FAST Formula validation, so we followed the Oracle Note 2700563.1 to use "HRC_SESSION_UTIL.GET_USER_PERSONID" in our "value set" but when testing the formula, the value set returns no value.
