Talent Profile(Skills and qualifications) section access

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Hi all, we configured some sections, and all sections have access based on role.
Some sections should be accessible to only those employee who have employee and some sections should be accessible to employees who have some HR related roles.
In the profile content section access, we also have risk of loss and performance rating. We have given access to only those employees who have some HR roles.
Now in the scenario where employees have both employee as well as HR roles, they are able to view all sections and also when we print the talent profile and download a pdf talent ratings and performance ratings are also visible.
