Can Export NR library folder include history such as commentary?

Summary:

We are trying to look at the option of bringing a report package into another environment to consolidate our applications. The source report package carries doclets with commentary in the past and we would like keep them in the target application using the export and import method. Currently we witness that the artefacts are carried across but not the historical content such as the commentaries.

Does the NR export and import function allows history data to be carried over to the new environment?
