We need to display a warning or pop-up message on the Supplier External Bank Account page in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Is it possible to achieve this requirement using sandbox customization? Could you please advise and assist in completing this task?

We need to display a warning or pop-up message to the user before they perform the action.

Navigation Steps.

Procurement --> MAnage Suppliers --> Sites -->
PAyments--> Bank ACcounts -- Add / Existing Bank Account to this payee --> Bank ACcount Number
