Oracle Fusion Benefits Fast Formula

Topic - Oracle Fusion Benefits Fast Formula

Requirement - We have a developed an oracle fusion benefits fast formula of type - Coverage Amount Limit for the Employee Optional Life Plan. This is calculating the maximum coverage amount required by the employee during certain life events. Generic requirement is when the employee chooses 3x option and crosses the coverage amount of 350K , the 3x option should get suspended and 2x option should become interim on evaluating the life event.

Issue - Employee was enrolled in 3x option when New Hire life event was evaluated. Then employee was global transfer from one LDG to different LDG with different plans. Now the employee is enrolled in 3x option only (due to defaulting of option during global transfer handled by a separate custom default enrollment fast formula) but the coverage amount is more than 350k. In this scenario, the 3x option should get suspended and 2x option should be interim. However, we have noticed that while evaluating the global transfer life event, the coverage amount limit fast formula is not triggering itself.

Howdy, Stranger!
