Issues while configuring Native Electronic Signature and Transfer to Document Records

We are trying to implement the 24B feature "Journeys - Native Electronic
Signature and Transfer to
Document Records" by following standard Oracle white paper, we configure everything as per the document and we are unable to get the native electronic signature in the final document. Could you please provide if any setup needs to be revisited
