Requisition Line (DFF) not populating in the Purchase Requisition PDF Report layout (without datamodel report)

We are using investment segment number under attribute19 and passing same filed as '<?Attribute19?>' in rtf template but header it is printing and value of that field is missing in pdf output.

Could you pls check & help us to come out of this issue, Thanks!
