How can I access report ran by another user

Summary: I want ot knw how can I access reports and logs generated by Payroll flows submitted by another user.

e.g Payroll costing result is run another user in my team. Now I can view the flow pattern and the result of it. But when I try to access the report generated, I am unable to access it.

Need to know can a user access the reports/ log of the flow patter submitted by another user.
