Mass Download previously generated change statements.

Summary: There are two change statements in a plan , participation and participation change statement. If there is any change in the data for the worker a new statement "Participation Change" statement is generated.

Now when running the Generate Real Time Statement, whichever template you are choosing it is generating the statement with latest data. For example: Generating a real time statement for worker who has target 15% at the beginning of the plan year and later changed to 20%, the target is showing 20% for both the templates, which is correct because we are pulling the real time data. The client wants to mass download the statements for the data before this target change has happened. Is there any way we can MASS download the previously generated statements?
