Exclude Family Contacts while validating Person Legislative Data

Summary:

We are trying to validate Person Legislative data using below rule, since dmeographic section is same for employee in self service as well as their contacts, the rule also triggers when family contact's demographic info is changed. We want to only trigger the rule for Sef Service and not for family and emergency contacts, we are not sure how to achieve the same?
