Can you configure keyword search on the Requisition Template field when opening a requisition?

Is there a way to enhance the search functionality with Oracle Recruit Cloud so that the fields on a job requisition (e.g. Requisition Template) search by keywords? Currently, these fields only return values that start with the same characters that are typed. Additionally, there is no "Advanced Search" option so it is challenging to find all options unless you know the exact name of what is being searched for.
