How to assign same checklist for both employee and CWK?

Hi All,

We want to have the same onboarding tasks for both employees and contingent workers. However, while configuring the checklist, we need to associate it with an action like "Hire," which is only applicable to employees.

Do we need to duplicate the same setup for contingent workers using an action like "Add Contingent Worker," or is there an option to trigger the same tasks for both without duplicating the setup?
