How to get rid of warning 'Manage Journals give warning too many matching records found'

Manage Journals give warning: Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records. I open SR for this but no solution provided. There was problem in downloading journal to excel and performance if there were more than 500 records but these limitations are removed in Release 13 Update 18C but warning is still there. Customer has large Batches containing thousands of journals. So almost every time they open journal it gives warning.

How to disable this warning?
