Descendants before childrens option in Reporting

Hi all

Can someone please confirm if there there is an option to display "descendants before children" under the Web Reporting properties?

I can see that this is possible under the new REPORTS module, but not under the Web reporting options.

Is there another way to display the parents before their children? I think it was a bug, but it was never resolved. Can someone please confirm?
