Summary:

Is there a way to send notification to collaborator when added to offer by Recruiter in draft stage?

Offer will be saved and closed in draft stage and notification should trigger to Collaborator since collaborator will submit offer for approval.

Recruiter - Creates offer and save and close after adding collaborator in Offer

Offer Collaborator - should receive notification to edit offer and submit offer for approval

Please let me know if anyone got it worked? How?
