Grade Rate on the Offer creation and Approval Page

We are not able to get the grade rate range on the offer creation page/ offer approval page.
Please let us know the steps to make it available.

The Recruiter should also be able to see the Grade Rate range in the offer creation page and based upon the grade range the offer approval will go to the relevant approvers.
Will the offer approver be able to see the grade rate range and then the approver will decide whether to approve or reject or ask for more information. Per standard functionality this feature is currently not present.
