Previous Line Manager Has Access to Former Direct Report After Global Transfer

After a global transfer was completed, the previous Line Manager assigned to the inactive Work Relationship still has full access to the employee's new active employment record within a different LE. Verified this issue is only present between this specific Line Manager and Employee.

I ran the scheduled process Refresh Manager Hierarchy as recommended in DOC ID 2918772.1 but this did not have an impact.

We use the Oracle delivered Line Manager Role.

Any other suggestions to troubleshoot this?
