not all the entries was generated when the item is costed = no, but inventory item = yes

i created an item with the following attributes: Inventory Item= Yes, Stockable: Yes, Costed = No, asset value = No,, once i received it from the PO the following entry:dr. Receiving inspection CR ap accrual. I can't find the other entry
