Chat API - Get EstimatedWaitTime and agent availability before RequestChat

I've combed through the documentation and can't seem to find an answer to this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We want to build an integration with the Oracle RightNow Chat API. Our integration will have a method that we use to check if agents are available that we use to determine if we should show a "chat with agent" button on the UI. We want to do this without actually sending a RequestChat request, since we don't want to initiate a chat with an agent if they're not available, or the estimated wait time is above some threshold we set.
