How to access person spotlight in redwood succession planning candidate page?

Hello,

In the Responsive UI, clicking on the succession plan candidate name will open the person spotlight page displaying all the information necessary to make informed decisions. (Skills & Qualifications, Career Dev, Talent Ratings, etc..).

In redwood, clicking on the candidate name opens a "candidate details sub panel" that displays only very limited information that is not sufficient. People managing succession plans should have access directly to the person spotlight from within the plan.

Does anybody know how we achieve this ? This seems to be a big regression compared to Responsive UI.
