Duplicate Journeys Assigning

Summary:

We have instances where duplicate journeys are being assigned to our new hires. I see in the checklist console a pending journey allocation, where can you find details about why the journey is in a pending status? Also, any documentation on using/navigating the checklist console would be helpful.
