RSSP-Redwood self service procurement, Enter requisition for advance users

In our organization, we are directing all requester to create requisition for punchout and we didn't have provided option to enter requisition to our requester. in the 24C RSSP enter requisition option is available in the action button in the homepage, in the classic UI we have hide this feature using page composer. however, using visual builder tried to do the same and I was able only to hid the fields in the page foe enter requisition but not the task under

the action button. is there a way to accomplish that today with visual builder please advise?
