I'm testing the different chat events, the problem that I have is that when I close the chat_landing by clicking the "X" button, the agent sees the chat workspace as if it were still active, that is, that the chat is not ended and it doesn't appear the message that the chat has been finalized. After 2 minutes, the agent sees this message: "The user is currently Ausent. Approximately 120 seconds until disconnection." And after those 2 minutes, the chat is just disconnected when the user has already closed that window of chat 4 minutes ago. I don' t know
