Set Fields as Visible/ nonvisible in Job Application Flows

Summary:

In Oracle Doucmnetation for Implementing Recruiting under teh 'Set Fields as Required in JOb Application Flows' the doucmentation walks you through making fields required or not via Design Studio AND it explicity says "The Visible field isn't functional. If you change it, it won't have any effect on the application flow." SO where can we mark which fields we want to show on the job application flows? In particular we are looking into the Experience box to see what other field options we have such as the 'Responsibility' field as we have had complaints that 'Achievements' is a confusing field

Howdy, Stranger!
