Transaction Console - Read Only

Summary:

Hi all. Looking for a way to give read-only access to the Transaction Console, as well as exclude the Approvals. I found a few links, including Oracle Support Document 2708169.1 (Fusion Global HR: How to Have a Custom Role to not Take Action on Transaction Summary on Transaction Console ) can be found at: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=2708169.1, but none are getting me there. 2708169.1 got me to the point that the Actions dropdown is grayed out on the list of Transactions, but if a user clicks a specific transaction, the Actions button is available there.

So then, I tried to use Page Composer to hide the visibility of the button based off of the new role I created for the above. I used the following, and tried it with both the role name and role code - neither seem to be working.

Howdy, Stranger!
