Workforce compensation plan posts promotion assignment change but not Salary change

Hi Everyone!

I Ran the "Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR" process. When I checked the Posting Error summary report under View Administration Report, there were multiple assignments failed which are all related to promotion. Is there any way to check the reason why it got failed?

All merit increases were successfully transferred and the assignment (position and grade update) for the promotion was updated as well. However, the salary update accompanying the promotion did not transfer due to the error.

When I manually try to update the salary as of the same effective date and with the same adjustment amount, the change goes through.
