Populate Journey Assigned date in Subject line via alert composer

edited Jul 26, 2024 6:26PM in Journeys 1 comment

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

We have created a custom alert for Task Assigned for Performer in Journey for a specific task. We want to include Journey assigned date in the subject line of the alert.

There is an attribute which is used in Task Assigned Combined Notification Alert and the name is ${ConsolidationDate}. We tried using same attribute in Task Assigned for Performer alert; however, date is coming as Null.

Do we have any attribute/token which gives us Journey assigned date.

Thanks in advance.
