How to configure nudge schedule
Summary:
We would like the send nudges to employees 2 days after a Journey is assigned if it is not complete, then carry on sending for a maximum of 5 days if the Journey remains incomplete
We have used a schedule on the nudge to try to achieve the above, and have entered the below details on the schedule. However, this schedule seems to mean that the nudges only send for 5 days after the start date of the schedule – this is what is shown in the period summary. So if someone had a Journey assign to them on the 2nd July, by the time 2 days has passed, the nudges are no longer sending.
