Summary: How To End Date or Deactivate List of Candidates

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Dear Experts, I have a list of 33 candidates which we want to End Date/Deactivate as these candidates are increasing the number of users reflecting in our drill through report. I would appreciate if any one of you can guide me on the necessary steps to get rid of these candidates.

Also, out of 33 candidates I am unable to find 20 candidates through UI or in the table IRC_CANDIDATES, please also let me know what the problem could be?
