Oracle Support SSL Certificate SR Problem Type Not Submitting

Hi,

I was trying to submit a support ticket for an image SSL certificate renewal and when using the problem type 'Landing pages » SSL Certificate' the 'next' button is greyed out passed the attachment screen. I chose 'Error' and 'Unexpected Behavior' with the same experience. Is there an issue or is there a different method we should be using to have these CSRs generated?
