Chat Auto-Answer Feature

Is it possible to set up Chat to automatically pop a Chat to an agent without having to accept it from the Toast notification? 

We were using an external Chat routing engine that was doing this, however we are switching to using Oracle exclusively for Chat because the external routing engine had some other issues that didn't work for us. 

Our agents would prefer to just have the Chat automatically Pop for them without having to click the Accept button on the toast notification.
