Question mark symbol appearing when we create PO's

Starting this morning on 11TH July 2024 we see a RED color question mark next to the Total tax field (screenshot attached) . Total tax field was always visible earlier .However this morning onwards our users see the red question mark next to the total tax field in PRODUCTION.
Was this added by Oracle by some patch? will this have any impact? We get the 24C upgrade next month in production and are wondering how this got added in Production.

Please let us know if this could impact our processes related to PO's etc.
