Do we get email delivery failure notification if supplier email is inactive

Summary:

When we create an RFQ, add suppliers to be invited, then once the RFQ is published do we get any email which states the delivery of email notification to supplier is failed or undelivered?

There are cases where supplier contact leaves the organization but the data is not updated in the master. In such cases if RFQ is created using this inactive contact, category manager shall be able to get the notification that email delivery has failed.
