Supplier blacklisting based on CR numbers provided by Government

Summary:

Dear Oracle,

So our client is working with suppliers from worldwide and is a public firm having govt stake in it.

Hence from time to time government releases a list of suppliers with their CR number(unique registration number for suppliers in Saudi) with which the firm cant do business and even if they register through external registration with the client it should be blacklisted.

We want to know is there a possibility to store the CR number in the system and have the system run a script/scheduled process which can check if any supplier is registered with the said CR number and if so inactivate the supplier,.
