A HR rep user should access all active emp of USA, except Partner and Managing Partner jobs in OTBI

Previous access rights: all employees in USA
New access rights to be given: all employees in USA, except Partner and Managing Partner jobs

The active employees report is in OTBI. The HR representative user is also from USA Legal Entity and USA Business Unit.

A quick help on this would be much appreciated.
