Not able to view Custom fields on Employment info and other pages

Summary:

Hi ,

We have activated all Redwood required profiles for Global Hr and other modules , but we are not able to see any of the custom fields (DFF/KFF/EFF) on Employment Infor, Change Assignment, Hire an Employee etc pages.

How we can make it visible ,also as I have seen in below its mentioned that we can't do any customization on this field, is there any othr way to apply customization based on country or Business unit ?
