Summary:

We are in the process of migrating to the latest UK Statutory Absence Cases functionality with a proposed transition date of 01-AUG-2024, in line with our testing we're reviewing the legislative changes again for 2024 / 2025 to ensure they continue uninterrupted.

We notice that in Northern Ireland the latest UK legislative changes for Paternity 2024 / 2025 are not required as documented by NI Direct :-

Has anyone else noticed that the latest updates (regardless of whether you have upgraded to absence cases functionality or still using formula logic) that there appears to be no functionality to cater for Northern Ireland workers?

For example workers in Northern Ireland can still only take a single period of Paternity as 1 week or 2 weeks, also the absence must be taken within 8 weeks of the birth / placement date.

Howdy, Stranger!
